We ask prospective participants to apply by May 5, 2021. After the deadline we will review all applications, and prioritize those from applicants who have prior experience with ab initio calculations and software (prior experience with electron-phonon calculations is not required). All applicants will be notified by May 15, 2021.

Women and individuals from underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged to apply.

We will ask accepted participants to contribute a symbolic attendance fee of $10. Collected fees will be used to award best poster prizes.
